🚚 Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time.
Delivery Time:
Delivery time depends on the customer’s location and courier partner.
Estimated delivery:
Within Uttar Pradesh: 2–5 days
Rest of India: 4–10 days
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
Free shipping may be offered on select promotional orders or minimum order values.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking number via SMS or email.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
🔁 Returns & Exchange Policy
Eligibility:
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with clear photos and order details.
Non-Returnable Items:
Used, altered, or customized items
Items without original packaging
Spiritual items like Kangruli Mala and Puja Accessories (for hygiene and sanctity reasons)
Return Process:
Contact us via phone or email with your order number and issue.
Send photos/videos of the product for verification.
If approved, return the item in unused condition with original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the item, a replacement or refund will be issued.
Return Shipping:
If the issue is from our side (damaged/wrong item), we will cover return shipping.
For other reasons, customers must bear the return shipping cost.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
